From the creative
experience of City Management - specialized in the creation and
management of major events - and the collaboration with major
italian Academies of Fine Arts, Institutions and Foundations,
MUSAE Experimental Urban Museum of Contemporary Arts is born as
a new way to think of arts and creativity. MUSAE main goals and
objectives are providing better visibility for young artists and
quality contemporary arts, outside of the usual closed networks
and traditional psychological and physical boundaries,
wihle incrementing the awarness of arts among artists and the
general public as a creative peaceful
mean of expression and participation. MUSAE is both a permanent
project, functioning as an 'antenna' and network for the art
world, as well as a series of main and satellite events. Among
the various forms of art taken into consideration, are:
figurative, plastic, applied, electronic, performing arts,
including painting, photography, installation, sculpture, video,
multimedia, software driven, design, land art, body art,
illustration, etc.. MUSAE circuit events 'invade' urban areas
creating the opportunity for a widespread intense creative
experience where complementarity of the collective memory of
urban spaces and contemporary art languages admix. |

project/event that hosts both emerging artists as well
as artists which are already widely known nationally and
internationally in order to increment opportunities as
well as innovation among creatives.

contest has the objective to uniform the method of
participation to the project for emerging artists and
maintain an high quality level of the artworks. |
